Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree are eligible to apply to take the state licensing examination to become professional registered nurses. Study for the Master of Science in Nursing degree includes options for clinical focus in numerous areas—acute care, adult-gerontology, family, pediatric, psychiatric mental health, women health—as well as role function in administration, nursing education, clinical specialization or as nurse practitioners.
