What are admissions criteria to Masters programs if GRE or LSAT score is not required?

Each university/college has a different criteria for selecting candidates for the Masters programs. As an example, Washington University in St Louis lists these as admissions criteria; LL.B. or equivalent degree, online application , statement of purpose, resume or CV, official transcripts, online interview. And University of Michigan - Ann Arbor lists bachelor’s degree, GPA of at least 3.0, one letter of recommendation, transcripts, and resume as admission requirements.
